We are proud owners of beautiful AKC registered Great Pyrenees dogs in north Georgia.

This special breed of dogs is unlike any other. They are highly intelligent and gentle with other farm animals and children. Possessing a natural instinct to guard, monitor, and protect, the Great Pyrenees is an excellent working dog for farmers and ranchers concerned about livestock predators. Great Pyrenees are one of the oldest breeds of dogs. Fossil remains of Great Pyrenees have been dated as far back as 1800-1000 B.C.. 



Originating from Central Asia or Siberia, these dogs made eventually made their way west to the Pyrenees Mountains along the border of France and Spain. There, they excelled as a livestock guardian for the peasant shepherds. Later, they were adopted as a French Court dog in the 17th century and became a dog of royalty.
